Robert Yeoman established his strong visual style shooting Gus Van Sant's acclaimed "Drugstore Cowboy," garnering him the Independent Spirit Award for Best Cinematography. He went on to serves as director of photog raphy on Wes Anderson's high-energy "Bottle Rocket" and Anderson's recent, critically acclaimed second film, "Rushmore." His other credits include "Permanent Midnight," Danny Sullivan's screen adaptation of "The Substance of Fire," as well as "White Lies ," "Dog Watch," "Somebody To Love," "Painted Heart," "The Linguini Incident," "Too Much Sun," "Dead Heat" and "Johnny Be Goon." Yeoman began his career working with William Friedkin on "To Live and Die in L.A." and "Rampage." He received his MFA in film production from USC.
