So all of this is from sequences of the movie that got cut. This one was No-Man's return - when Bethany and Silent Bob rush to the hospital during the climax. Test audiences felt there was too much No-man and the flick was running long, so the scene goes bye-bye. This is the Golgothan, pre-muck. Dig those tubes hanging out of his ass.
